Former Bolton and Blackburn Rovers winger Liam Feeney is poised to join League One Blackpool on a free transfer, HITC Sport understands.
Feeney is a free agent after leaving Blackburn at the end of last season when his contract expired.
The 31-year-old boasts a wealth of experience having made over 400 senior appearances in his career to date.

Feeney spent last season on loan at Cardiff City where he helped Neil Warnock's men win promotion to the Premier League.
A number of clubs have expressed an interest in signing Feeney on a free transfer, but Blackpool have moved quickly to agree a deal with the midfielder.

Feeney is expected to sign a two-year deal at Bloomfield Road and his arrival will come as a major boost to the Tangerines.
Manager-less Blackpool picked up their first League One win of the season on Tuesday night with a 2-0 victory over Coventry.
Terry McPhillips has been in caretaker charge since Gary Bowyer's shock departure after the first game of the season, but the club are looking to bring in a new manager as soon as possible.

Blackpool Football Club can confirm the signing of midfielder Liam Feeney on an initial two-year deal.
The winger, 31, arrives at Bloomfield Road after two years at Blackburn Rovers and a loan spell with Cardiff City last season, where he made 16 appearances prior to the club being promoted to the Premier League.
Vastly experienced, Feeney has made just shy of 400 appearances in league football, having also played for AFC Bournemouth, Millwall and Bolton Wanderers.
Allocated the number 24 shirt, the two-year deal for Feeney also includes an option for an additional 12 months at Bloomfield Road.

Good news.
Tues Sat games 4 weeks running and that's before the LDV kicks in.
He'll help the likes of Doodoo. Thompson, Sinclair-Smith.

A reasonable signing but he has never scored a lot of goals. We are short of at least one goal scoring striker

WE missed Cullen last season, and I think if the season had another 6games in it we would have made the playoffs.
When Vass sulked and his Christmasitus kicked in no-one took the mantle other than Longstaff whose goals were spread over the season - that middle period of last season showed that you could never have enough strikers.
Quigley will not make it with us, he'll be binned at the first opportunity.
Clayton - the fact he isn't anywhere near the squad says it all and Roache is already crocked for another 2 months.
Delf doesn't look anywhere near his best and Frenchie - unknown where he was on Tues.....
If Cullen got crocked again we are goal shy to say the least.
Defence looks solid.
Ryan coming back adds to what looks a weaker midfield having lost Longstaff, Cooke and Viv.

Loan window shuts next Friday.
Free agents - Nicky Maynard, JET could add something
