Quite, who gives a fook about any of this? If we go down, who cares, there will still be games to go to.

So you come on a Forest forum crying about brexit every other post but you don't give a shit if we get relegated?
You tosser !

Well at some stage the fans will get blamed

But we haven't driven him out. Because if it was in our hands he would have been gone and sold to the Yanks already

We've failed in that respect

He's lucky he had it so easy over his tenure

Some fan bases wouldn't have made excuses for him for as long as ours did

Leyton Orient game had to be abandoned today with crowd trouble.

Not condoning it, but that's fans showing their anger and passion, not spending 5 years being apologists before undergoing a death bed conversion to sanity

Not condoning it, but...

You are condoning it when you speak approvingly of 'fans showing their anger and passion'. Heard one of them on 606 earlier, going on about the EFL as the enemy and sounding apoplectic that the match had been concluded a couple of hours later.

Fans invade the pitch 4 minutes from the end of the game, which is important to their opponents who are going for a playoff place and are leading 3-1.

Whatever their beef, why not wait until after the final whistle?

Sums up modern fans, selfish and petulant, unable to cope with the ups and downs of football. Which is not to say that Orient fans (or Forest fans!) have no cause for complaint, but it's all so hypocritical.

Chelsea fans should be mounting protests every week about being owned by a Russian oligarch with access to tons of dodgy money, but while they're riding high they won't raise a whisper. Many clubs these days have dodgy owners, but no-one points the finger at Sky, who have ruined football by charging plenty for their sports channels and pouring so much money into the EPL.

Not the best time to come on here Mr Plums trying to get a reaction.

That's because Brexit is real life, football is a game.

I don't want to go down, I hope we stay up and challenge next season, but I won't loose any sleep if we go down. 17 years of shit has worn me down I'm afraid

Won't lose any sleep ?????
If you're a true fan you just can't help but let it effect you

Anyway we will draw with Ipswich. ....Blackburn will loose

Marco don't let our future promotion effect you !!!

I think we'll smash Ipswich and Blackburn will draw. We're too good to go down.m and will win 3-0 and we'l celebrate like we've won the league

As a grown man of 48 I really should not let it effect me the way it does
Feel miserable as fook and really can't be arsed with much at the minute
As the week progresses the fire in my stomach will return and yes I think we will survive by hairs width

But fawaz really is a gigantic knob jockey for the way he has destroyed nffc and his immature outburst on twitter

This is effectively like the Yeovil game in 2008 now.

I couldn't function all week leading up to that.

The consequences of going down don't bare thinking about.

Sad thing is, if Blackburn survive it's only temporary for them. Under their owners they aren't going to get better. They'll be joining us in a year. If we survive you hope we would be able to push on, although I have no faith in the manager.

I'm not sure what's happened. This club used to have magic about it. You used to really believe we would win things. In 1997-8 at no point did it ever cross my mind that we wouldn't be promoted.

Now it doesn't cross my mind that we won't fook things up.

Lets face it we don't know which Forest will turn up next week. I do have more faith in Brentford than I would other clubs and you would think, being Warburton's previous club, our manager may give them a call ensuring they are up for it. He left there, I think, on good terms so I am hoping they will be up for it.

The owner of every football club in the world provides the funds for player purchases. Just have a bit of a think before coming out with statements that are incorrect.

He sold Burke for £13 million and spent less that £3 million. How the fook is that investing his own money. It is spending less than 25% of money that Leipzig paid him!

Ironically I'm of the opinion that a relegation isn't going to be that catastrophic from a playing side. The rebuild that is needed (assuming Fawaz fooks off) can be undertaken as effectively in league one as it can the Championship imo. We aren't in a fit state to start looking for promotion next season, that's a few years away for me.

The dent it will make in the fan base who are already disillusioned is another matter though, and that blow will be much harder to recover from.

I actually half want us to go down now for the ruin that it will cost Fawaz in terms of his pocket and his reputation.

As I have said. Couple of astute signings in midfield and we will do well in league 1 next season but let's hope it doesn't get to that. Think Birmingham will go down on gd.

unless 'Arry has a few bob left...

People saying they want us to go down to hurt Fawaz do you fooking support Forest?

fooks sake!

The club will take a MASSIVE dent in fans if it goes down, and as a club we have really gone through the mire, the tw@t is about to leave and the thing we should all want as Forest fans is a club to get behind without that **** in the Championship.

I'm not all too hopeful we can do it, but I'm praying we do.

Totally agree, I can't think of any circumstances that would make me feel in any way comfortable about going down. Not even Fawaz leaving. He is leaving because his wallet is somewhat thinner. Our half hearted protest made no difference to him deciding to leave. The only reason he is leaving is financial pure and simple.
