I would send him on another loan. But see what he can do in pre season. Interesting to see what happens with Congreve this summer.

Would he be a regular at a league 1 team? If so thats the best scenario.

Yes Scottish league is difficult to gauge. Has he surpassed league 1 standard now? Bearing in mind hes already done well in league 2 previously at Bromley.
