I was about to suggest the same thing until it looked like Mourinho would not extend his loan. Skipp would get a lot more match time with Norwich than Spurs. Also he would be something of an unknown playing for Spurs against premier opposition (as he would be for Norwich). We are expected to have a number of players with little or no premium experience so Skipp would be in good company.
It seems to me a loan extension would benefit both clubs.
