Funny how the prospect of a virtual complete squad overhaul at the self-styled "Greatest Club in the World" (currently 13th in the Premier League) is not making more sports headlines.

Could there be a bigger indictment of their failure over the past decade+ and if the gazillions wasted on players?

As has been said before, the Sky Four are untouchable to the Press. They are scared of alienating those clubs’ fan-readership.

If you allow a coach to bring in players that he rates without going through a proper process this is what happens, and now A Moron wants his pet CF from his previous club. Problem is they they pay way over the odds (normal) and they will break the FFP rules if they buy him without selling a huge heap of duds. I remember old 'Arry at Spursy, all he ever needed each season was 2 or 3 more players to suceed.

.. .and of course we know that breaching the PSRs will never be an issue for them.
 
If 'Arry had been in Jail in Greece, then he would not have got this driving ban.

Oh yes, I’d forgotten about that. I must do some digging. Find out if that’s been quietly swept under the carpet. Slabby should not have been allowed to get away with it.
 
I think City's ploy getting the Media to think just because we got the Sporting Director of Football, that it followed we would go after their manager, (and true to form JoMU jumped in with both feet, thinking they got another one over the Noisy Neighbours) we didn't

They are giving him leeway because he has inherited ETH’s mess and his squad of duds.
