I know it's in the RIP thread but this guy deserves his own thread

I was fortunate enough to see Pele live, Best, Charlton, Moore.

Cruyff I saw at Villa Park too, he was the most amazing player. He walked faster than people ran. His "Cruyff Turn" had me out in the garden practicing for hours at a time to replicate it, he was an absolute master and the world is a sadder place without him.
 
Yes he does, luckily will go down in history as one of the greatest.

Too young to have ever seen him but my dad loved the dutch national side and always hoped they'd win a world cup.

I have taken much of what I believe in in terms of football from Cruyff, he knew his shit!
 
RIP Johan, I remember watching him at VP and felt privileged to be able to see him in action.
 
Yes, he ran the show for them at Villa Park. And in the second leg at their place.

Superb footballer. One of the all-time greats.

Got to go with your Dad there CDX! I remember watching him play too. He was amazing. RIP Johan and thank you for the memories
