I'm not sure I believe the official line, I think it's best to take every official line ever with a hand full of salt. Something seems odd about a jogger running right into him, I mean, he can't be a very good jogger if he doesn't look where he's going can he?
 
strange one that. Great security as you say! imagine the bollocking they are getting right now?!
 
I must admit i thought at first it was dodgy and could have been meant, but look at the so called normal guy's Tshirt who runs into Cameron and his upside down cross and Baphomet the devils horns aswell hmmm could this be a warning or something?
