It was an excellent save from a fabulous free kick. When I think back to the ghosts of City's goalmouth past it's almost as if Immel, Margetson, Dibble - even Paul Cooper were merely keeping the gloves warm until Big Joe was ready to take his rightful place, midway between the sticks and just forward of the onion bag.
