Nothing like not feeling arsed to go to the gym/go for a run/play footy, but you do it, the adrenalin kicks in and you feel a hundred times better that evening. And then the next morning you feel a little stiff but completely refreshed.

I do like Joe Rogan (when he's not talking UFC). He is interviewing Elon Musk in his latest episode. I love how he can engage with people from such diverse backgrounds.

Yeh saw a bit of that. People freaking out over Musk smoking weed. He didn't even inhale. He's a strange fellow Musk. Joe is great though.
