Jimmy Spencer giving out rollockings to team mates

I'll try to get the ball rolling on some Notts discussion then:

I love Jimmy Spencer's passion but he doesn't half give out some stick to his team mates if passes to him go astray or he isn't passed to. Did anyone see the mouthful he gave to Stead on Friday night after he had played that excellent pass through to Jenner in the area instead of passing to Jimmy? I wonder how well his outbursts are received back in the dressing room?

Kasper Schmeichel was the last player I remember being quite so vocal. Some might see it as leadership but I'm not so sure!

He was giving Valencic a really hard time in the friendly at Rolls Royce and I remember similar outbursts after he made his comeback at the end of last season. It's great that he demands so much of everyone else around him but I'm not sure if it will be good for team spirit in the long run.
