Jan Transfer Window

we should get hoooijdonk in on a secure long term 6 year deal then stick the c#ny in the reserves for all of it :)

another player messed around, i find it hard to judge players who are only getting bit parts

someone mentioned the link to Murray and CH.. Scarey thought. If want a target man, fork out the few mill for Clarke-Harris and do shit properly.
Envious of fester right now, new training facility looks great, "dont do things half hearted" or similar sentiment is something em needs to listen to, that should be US not dam fester

We will NEVER be able to compete with Leicester again.

We missed the boat whilst they cheated their way to the Promised Land.

Do you think most of the people of Leicester gives a shit now how they fucked over all if the small businesses they were dealing with there?

not at all. but it worked and now the whole city is on the map

Had a poor time at Wednesday, but over 200 goals in 500 games is far from dross. No idea if he is fit or injury prone, but if I remember correctly he carries an aerial threat, which is something we don't have at the moment. Even Ameobi has little aerial ability, despite his height.

If Grabban stays/stays fit we should be ok, but it seems for all their abilities Taylor and Guerrero have added almost nothing to our ability to actually stick the ball in the net.

Rhodes is one of the best strikers in the division when used correcty, he's struggled at Wednesday because he isn't a lone striker and sucessive managers have played one up front. If used in a two where he can threaten central areas he's worth his weight in gold.

That’s far from the only reason Wednesday fans think he's dog shit.

He would be no good here. We will NEVER consistently play with two up front because every manager we ever get and ever will get is so petrified of losing that they never bother trying to score a goal as they might concede.

Wouldn't be adverse to selling Lolley depending on the fee.

Would be adverse to our recruitment team spending it on another failed PL player though.

Our transfer policy is shambolic and sums up all that is bad in the club. It is understood that Ioannou is now set to leave already in January! Do we ever have any long term plans when we spend time buying players or just look to offload them asap? It is farcical as each transfer should be thought through rather than in and out and then wonder why we lack a team spirit. It is just amateurish.

My Mrs always use to go the Next boxing day sale early knowing how much she had to spend and what she was looking for. She always came back stating there was always 2 or 3 that would annoy everyone by just going to the shelves and just throwing all the clothes in bags without looking at their sizes or what they were just so they didn't want to miss out on one item that might be ok. This reminds me of Forest policy.
