Jack Moylan to Cardiff City?

Perhaps it’s a bit like selling a used car you know has the habit of breaking down. Nice to drive but don’t go too far from home in it
Continuing the analogy, his second time off for repairs was a result of an uninsured boy racer crashing into him.

Hardly makes him an Alfa Romeo.

Genuinely grateful to Jack for all of those magical moments.
I hope he goes on to achieve great things, play in the Prem. Euros and on the World stage (can’t bring myself to use the F**a word here)
No doubt in a years time we’ll be lamenting losing someone else. Just the nature of it. Hopefully we’ll have enjoyed the meantime.

Yep, probably the only real Championship quality player we could say was definitely ready to make the step up.

It’s taken us about 65 years to get here, going to be an absolutely huge 26 days or so to see if we can bring that quality in to help us stay here.
Not knocking his talent but he has zero appearances in the Championship. The rest of our squad have over 900 Championship games to their names. Appreciate that some water has gone under the bridge perhaps but experienced non the less

Found this part of the statement from Jez quite interesting

‘with Jack missing almost a calendar year with two major injuries, we have multiplied our initial investment’

Not sure who/why that was added for??

I think he was just saying weve done well because even though on paper he's been here 2.5 years, he's only played for 1.5 of them, and yet we've still made a massive profit on him.

Probably that, like most football clubs, we had him insured against injury and insurance covered his wages, or part of them,

I hope nothing has gone on behind the scenes other than the temptation of a big pay rise. A slight shame not to have a parting message from such a key player, as Ballard did in Leyton Orient's news article. When these players move on, you always hope that everything ends on good terms so we can reap rewards in the future (as we did with Sorenson and Toffolo).

He put something on instagram I believe

My one gripe with Jack this last time last year was his final ball/shot, but boy did he improve on that.

I appreciate we made good financial gains on him, but I will miss watching him play. He was one of the most exciting players to watch, how he could some how dance through multiple players was always a joy to watch.

Good luck to him. I hope we can find a suitable replacement.
