On the link he regrets not getting the chance to play for Lincoln again and basically the opportunity to coach is the next best thing. On that basis I would say the injuries have sadly taken their toll.

Left Bolton in June 2020 and hasn't had a club since so I suspect this is a coaching job only.

Having seen every second of his first team action with Lincoln, not sure I want to risk that record
