Jack Clark - Player Thread - On Loan

Well we're getting or Winter biz done early then! :smoke:

Wtf is goin on there?

Rather have him with us anyway.

.

Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa has told Leeds Live that he is “very satisfied” with Tottenham Hotspur-owned winger Jack Clarke.

Clarke joined Tottenham from Leeds in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by The Express to be worth £10 million, and the winger was immediately loaned back to the Championship club for the 2019-20 campaign.

The 18-year-old has not made a single appearance in the Championship for the Whites so far this season, and The Express has claimed that the youngster - who can also operate as a forward - is unhappy at his current situation at Elland Road.

The report has also claimed that Tottenham are considering recalling Clarke in the January transfer window, with Everton, West Ham and Crystal Palace said to be interested in him.

Bielsa has praised Clarke, and has said that he is happy working with the winger.

Bielsa told Leeds Live about Clarke: "I’m very satisfied with Jack's development. He is at a good fitness level and at a technical level, he is a complete player.

“His attitude is very good, and I'm satisfied working with him. He's going to be necessary and important for us.

"In relation to the news you were talking about, the only way to answer this news is whether Clarke is saying that [he wishes to leave] or whether Tottenham are.”

Important player for Leeds United

Clarke may not be playing much for Leeds at the moment, but the winger will be an important player for the Whites this season.

With the West Yorkshire outfit aiming to challenge for automatic promotion to the Premier League, the winger will play his role in that quest.
