lol, i bust the bag doing the photo shoot gator! You can probably see it is actually an upper cut bag so I'd not usually be hitting it at that angle or from the side, but for the space and angles they had to do the photo it was the only bag (I have four) that suited.

I must admit I feel for that guy, to carry that sort of bile and judgement not to mention ignorance is a pretty heavy weight to carry in life. And to not to put his real name to such things kinda shows a lack of character. For that reason, ops and ill health or not, I'd rather be me than him.

You have to find the positives in life before you look for the negatives in my humble opinion.

Most of the comments are positive then there are a few idiots trolling but they are not worth worrying about, well done again mate, I'm sure you will inspire a lot of people with that article.

Only ever get bothered by the opinions of people you respect in life and life is so much more simple I think!

Yeah I did realise mate just had to say it after all the times I have had trainers smack me up the lug with a pad for dropping my guard lol boy do I miss them days.But good stuff mate makes all the hard graft and sweat worth it when you see great results like you hopefully not too long and I will be back in the gym myself.
