I am now official
I use the iTunes Player to play my music off my laptop.

But I have a small problem, which perhaps, someone can help me with.

I have couple of albums I've downloaded on there that has;

'Audio Track 1 etc - 4:07 - no artist - no title'

So I right click on the track, left click on 'get info', then click on the info tab. If the info. is in bold black it can be changed/altered or info entered. If the info page is a pale grey, I cannot change or enter anything.

Does anyone know how I can get around the pale grey so I can enter info etc?

Mine won't recognise my ipod touches now, fine with the classics. Went to the shop and their computer recognised it.

I am not in the mood at the moment to ring their helpline, I need some energy!
