I dont think anyone has ever lived in this proposed area during all of the city’s existance, due to it being prone to flooding. Will be interesting to see what they find.

Personally and professionally speaking the digging into the ground is one of the greatest risks in development.

Firstly, look at the new lincoln bypass and what was found near Washy...
Secondly, as presently working near Stonehenge, ascertain company decided to put in above ground 'tanks to mitigate the risk of disturbing any foundations or undersiol work.

The Environment Agency were objecting to planning applications in that area as far back as the Neolithic period.
