Is starting a post about yourself egoistic?

Always been a grafter myself. Just that I'm a part time grafter these days. Give the younger ones a chance to graft nowadays.

Some of the younger ones (scroats) couldn't bloody spell it mate, too busy pissing about on scooters and motorbikes reeking havoc on the roads to look for a job.

Round the fuckers up and make them earn their benefits, cleaning up Ince cemetery which is a disgrace and other grot spots, plenty of work out there.

If you are on the dole for 3 months then community service comes in to force.

Not so much egotistic, but reflecting an insecure characteristic who worries about being forgotten the minute he's left the building.

Rest assured TL4E/Frank - you will be remembered on here long after your final post.

I get your point. But all 3 of my kids work & are in very good jobs. Some of the younger generation do want to work.

Same here, my lot have good jobs and earning more than me made up I am and proud to be their Dad, my kids say they wouldn't/couldn't have done it without me and Mum.
It's all about the way they are brought up, good parents instil a work ethic into their kids, unfortunately this country has an underclass who haven't worked for generations thanks to feckless parents and a generous welfare system that rewards the bone idle.

Ditto with me Runcorn as I do a job share, well I did until we got told last night that our line is shutting down production & both shifts are being made redundant ( 30 people).....it's just fallen right for me as I was retiring in May next year after 35 years service....roll on retirement
