Is It Illegal To Go To Syria?

Four people have been arrested at Manchester Airport for allegedly trying to enter Syria. Is it illegal to enter Syria? Or to attempt to enter Syria?

I don't support ISIS. I don't think any right-minded person could but if someone wants to go and live there, so be it. It's probably better than having them in Britain campaigning for Sharia Law.

In my mind, it's the same as someone who wants to go and live in Israel or Alaska. It's not for me but each to their own.

It's a crazy situation isn't it.

My first thought is 'Fuck 'em, good riddance' but then I stop and think. If they do go, it's just adding to the mass infestation, so stop their avenue of travel. But if they want to go, I still say let them go, it's their human right - yes they're human, just. Probably doesn't matter if they go because sooner or later there may be a Hiroshima just to wipe off the blot on the landscape for a long time.

So, bottom line is... yeah, let them go.... BUT DON'T LET THEM BACK INTO THE COUNTRY!.....

According to gov.uk, it's not illegal but:

Should be worded, you will be prosecuted and not allowed to live freely in the UK.

There is more to this story than perhaps you have seen. They were arrested with 5 children, they were trying to take into Syria. All the same members of 1 extended family. The children have been taken into care when they were arrested on being deported back here.

Part of it why the hell would anyone want to take children into war torn Syria when the majority are trying to escape.

There has been various media speculation ofcourse, over this. One is the son of an MP. I think he is from Rochdale. Locally it has been said he had been acting strange for sometime.

They must have had there reasons. I suspect having children with them was 1 of them

I was once told '' I-RAQ'' too much which probably explains my poorly eyes ;)

I was once chatted up by an ugly bird, ''I-RAN'' a mile you know
