*IMPORTANT* Info on breeze blocks

My training partner is an engineer in design and prototypes, at this moment in time he is working on a vacuum system to remove the dust produced when breaking up breeze blocks for construction and demolition, this machine takes the dust and compresses it into pellets for removal, these machines are single use only and then thrown away, the reason for this is, it has been found that breeze block dust is just as, if not more damaging to the human body than Asbestos!

This is not a joke, this is real, he has absolutely no idea why this has been hushed up, the construction industry haven't even been told this info yet.

Absolutely disgusting, if you know anyone in the industry please pass this info on, you might just save their lives.

Honestly beleive there is an awful lot that has been going on in the building industry regarding dirty working conditions that has been hidden from construction workers you have to dress up like a spaceman now.Working on jack hammers years ago breaking concrete up the dust would get up ya nose and burn like fuck from the lime so what would that do to ya lungs.

Is there anything that you can do that in some way cleanses out from you lungs pollutants you may have come in contact with. I know I've removed asbestos floor tiles in the past without even considering they were dodgy. Obviously not expecting to totally cleanse out everything, but is there anything you can do to increase the odds in your favour?

Sorry, health cover up? In this country?

Impossible.

Just wouldn't happen.

The lungs actually cleanse themselves, obviously they can only cope with so much, as smokers are aware.

Exercise also helps to clear the lungs, and Retinoic acid, or vitamin A, can actually help your lungs rebuild.
