Seems fair to me.

If it had deflected off a defender it wouldn't have been down as an own goal would it? It was on target and other similar deflected efforts (i.e. take them away from the keeper) get credited to whoever took the shot.

I wouldn't argue with him even over the frosting on a non-existing cake
 
The decision was made almost straight away on the Saturday, giving it to Nacho.
This came out at 5.09pm on Saturday...

Can't be sure on that though Buzz, can we? From the replays I've watched it looks like Yaya's shot is on target.
