iFollow - or not

I had the same situation. You would think iFollow would offer some kind of apology for the inconvenience. I tried to get through to Customer Support several times but no response from them either. Just when I was about to give up and watch a Premier League match, the Forest game suddenly appeared, but with poor audio.

They sent me this and I am satisfied:

"Hi Jordan

We apologize for these issues.
We are aware of the issues that occurred with this match and we are working with the technical team to ensure these issues are resolved.
