I thought I’d read somewhere (though I may be mistaken with my fuddled memory) but it was changed on Yeovil’s request at the start of the season so as to avoid them the cost of an overnight stay on the Friday night

Yes, it was changed at Yeovil's request, I can't comment on the reason though.

Was it cos Yeovil had a Tuesday game the next week and they wanted another recovery day after having an overnighter? Just a vague recollection....
