iFollow Enhanced for 2018/19

From a completely hypothetical angle does anyone know... sorry "have a feeling" whether it would be successful with the VPN but using a UK registered card approach?

I can't answer your exact question but did use a UK card when I watched from Germany and Spain last season.

Anyone have an idea what this paragraph from the article means:-

International viewers will be able to watch the Imps in action LIVE each matchday, (if not selected for broadcast by Pitch International), and they will also have the benefit of the added graphical elements and the live commentary too.

I don't recall any games not being available last season for non-ukers, nor any mention of Pitch International.

I tried to watch from abroad with a UK card and it took my money but then didn't allow me to watch.

Reading a travel article recently, there are, apparently, "international" bank accounts on the internet that are quite easy to set up and are frequently used by folks working abroad for short periods (in, e.g. Oz). Don't know if they would get around the problem....

I think that means if a game is selected for international viewing it won't be available on ifollow. I would guess that would be Championship games mainly, we should be ok hopefully.
(Even if they did broadcast an Imps game internationally, you should be able to watch it on a local sports channel).

Personally I have no problem last season with No. 2

I use an Amazon Fire TV box connected to the TV. Using the Amazon Silk browser, works really good. No need for an app.

Ok download this https://windscribe.com/download
I've had it for about a year, its free to have, only switch it on for watching the live stream and then off as soon as its finished. Gmail etc do not like it. Set it so your in France (for some reason works better than Canada). I got a match day pass and payed with my credit card from memory, when it didn't work they refunded me. I put my pc right next to the set top box thingy and shoo anyone away who tries to use the internet at the same time, I only had standard internet. I've used it about 4 times for live games.

do you know for sure it was the bank card that was the issue? if it took your money but didnt let you watch, maybe it was erroneously recognizing the device you were using as being in the UK. UK bank cards wouldn't be a problem usually as i guess the majority of uses will have used one.

Been said before, but for the sustainability and integrity of league football there should be no live streams of matches in the UK full stop. Anyone in the UK using foreign VPNs and fake bank accounts seem to be ignorant of where this will lead and morally bankrupt.
OK for international exiles but never in the UK.

Just want to say that it was a godsend last season and can’t wait to use this coming season. Trips back from Australia to Lincoln are unfortunately few and far between so this is an amazingly appreciated option!
