As I started a thread about a recent final etc my team is going to be in then I thought it might be fun to see who actually runs a football team and how they have done this season.

Mine is U12's
4th position in league (Champions League ;-)
County Cup final
League Cup Final

Before last summer:
Ran U12s and U14s local team U14s (since u10s) have won the local league 2years in a row !

Both teams are doing well in my absence - obviously instilled the good habits before I left!

Also jointly ran a girls football team (U14s) - they are doing exceptionally well - non competitive at the moment....
 
Good on ya Highgate. As you have won a league as a manager you are now ahead of me for the spurs job.
Did you get past level 1 coaching? I must admit I am ashamed I haven't but I really haven't got the time or the inclination anymore.

Anyone else pass on their knowledge in some form to kids/adults?
