If you are travelling to Brighton, remember...

.....that BHAFC pay part of your travel costs.

Firstly, if you want to park at the Amex Bridge Car park or University of Sussex Car Park you will need to book with the club and will cost you £15.

However, if you travel by train you only have to buy a return ticket to following stations:
From the north = Haywards Heath. Then travel on to Falmer via Brighton or Lewes.
From the west = Worthing. Then travel to Falmer via Brighton.
From the east = Eastbourne. Then travel direct to Falmer.

To use this on travel you must have a valid match ticket in your possession.

Alternatively, you can use the Park and Ride. BHAFC pick up the car park and bus cost. There are 3 P & R sites.
1. Mill Road, Brighton. If travelling down the A23 from the north this car park lies to the west of the first roundabout you meet in Brighton. Sat Nav BN1 8ZF

2. University of Brighton, Lewes Road, Brighton. Lies on the A27 halfway between Brighton City Centre and Amex Stadium. Sat Nav BN2 4AT

3. Brighton Race Course. Probably the hardest to find if you don't know the Brighton area. Sat Nav BN2 9XZ

Again, you must have a valid match ticket to get on buses. You should try to get to Car Parks about an hour before kick off latest.

Thank for posting this threepoints :026: Useful guide and assistance for travelling Blues fans

excellent information 3pts, but lets hope you have a good season and it is always good to get the nasty one out of the way first.

Awww, I like to think of our fixture against the Seagulls as a 'stiff challenge' rather than a 'nasty one' - that would be having to suffer Maureen and his Unconvincables - for a first game but it is sure to be a big occasion on Saturday and I hope Chris Hughton and his team give a good account of themselves across the season.

Thanks fellahs.
Just hope Saturday is an enjoyable day for both sets of fans. I know us Seagulls fans are really looking forward to it as the first time in top flight for 34 years.
Our last match in that 1983 season was against, you've guessed it, your near neighbours (boo) in
the FA Cup Final. Pleased to say City are more popular in our neck of the woods.

Anyway, can I just ask you to visit my website www.footballcities.co.uk as it will help us raise money for a cancer hospice.
Thanks in advance.
