Ibs/silicol gel

The Fear

A Wise Man (once sat next to him)
Bought this last week, had a very bad stomach one day, next day fine.

Got a couple more for holiday as twice had Pharaoh belly, should be interesting.

At moment looks to be working wonders I must say.

For the ibs sufferers out there, got to be worth a quick experiment.

How it works:

Holland and Barrett do it

If you try, do take note, not to be used an hour either side of taking medicines

Also mentions help for Crohn's disease.

Anyway, I don't think anyone on here suffers with IBS. Never heard anyone mention it.............

no mate, the doctor told you to bugger off and eat some celery.

Hardly the same thing Skeggy!

LOL

Well, I'm quite surprised so far on this stuff, very pleasantly.

I shall occasionally look at this thread sneer go IBS and leave. This is also allowed for Randy Stands although in his case, as he has crohns, he's allowed to tut sharply then laugh and say IBS in a sarcastic manner.

Think this stuff really works!!

Hopefully does the trick on hols so no pharaoh belly, that will be the big test!

Bloating etc much better using this though. Shocked.

It's a relief when you get something that works. I've not had any lactose since Monday and my stomach does feel better, surprisingly the lactose free products aren't that bad.

People really don't want to talk about the embarrassment of their bowels and how they don't work, too much Deano :158:

Fits in with loads of side effects!!! Well, for many anyway, I know a few on these, I won't take them. I've sorted my issues over the years with acidophulous and physillium husks, not perfect but I prefer to the pleasures of these drugs.

Trying to get my mom to stop have one of the variants at the moment, I'm sure her confusion etc is related, only realised when a good mate started taking them and he went doolally tapped when on the high dose and was fine when off!

One example
