Hull v Swans

Another form team to play on Saturday as we make the long trek to the MKM Stadium in Hull, a 547 mile round trip, and a total of ten hours on the road.
Head-Coach Grant McCann who won the League One title and manager of the year with Hull last season was fired on Tuesday by Turkish media mogul Acun Ilicali, who recently completed a takeover of the club. This after McCann’s team had just beaten Bournemouth away and Blackburn (10 games undefeated) at home in their last two games without conceding a goal.
He said a new head-coach would be announced shortly and is set to hire former Rangers icon, Georgian- Shota Arveladze as the new boss.
Ilicali has paid £30m to take over the club and has also stumped up £2m to pay off an outstanding VAT bill to enable the EFL to lift the transfer embargo which blocked them from buying players. So expect incoming player transfers imminently with just a few days left of the window.

Was hoping Ntcham could have started again today, nevermind. Hoping we see more from Wolf today.

Well that didn’t take long, down a goal already to a team below us in the table that have found it hard to score. The much travelled 30 year-old striker Tom Eaves left footed shot after a Naughton mistake.
Hull 1 (Eaves 5’) - Swans 0

I’m only listening to the match on the radio but it sounds horrendous play from the Swans, almost 3-0, Christie last ditch tackle to the rescue.

It's awful so far Keith. Will try to keep you updated but Hull are pressing us high in numbers and we don't look comfortable at all. It's all a bit all over the place and we almost got done in behind our high defensive line.

Looking much better this half. They're sitting back a bit more and we're dominating. Best hope so far have been crosses over to the far post

We really needed to take that earlier Obafemi chance to help us back into this. We've looked much better thanks to putting on more attacking players in those positions. Smith, whilst he always works very hard he's never been an attacking player.
