Ok, so the earth isn't flat. But could it be hollow?

What do we think about Admiral Byrd's diary and the claims made in it? Here is an excerpt, dated February 19, 1947, describing Byrd’s arrival over the polar extremities at 1000 Hours:

"We are crossing over the small mountain range and still proceeding northward as best as can be ascertained. Beyond the mountain range is what appears to be a valley with a small river or stream running through the center portion. There should be no green valley below! Something is definitely wrong and abnormal here! We should be over Ice and Snow! To the portside are great forests growing on the mountain slopes. Our navigation Instruments are still spinning, the gyroscope is oscillating back and forth!"

This narrative, according to proponents of a Hollow Earth theory, indicates Byrd’s astonishment at finding a cavernous opening over the pole, where a lush valley existed, heated by a sun found within the planet’s interior. Admiral Byrd continues, writing that he can see animals in the valley, among them a living specimen of a woolly mammoth. Eventually, after landing, the admiral and his company are confronted by several men, who take him before an entity known as “the Master.” It is in the presence of this individual that we begin to see striking similarities to the kinds of reports made by contactees and alien abductees from over the decades:

"We shall not long delay your mission, and you will be safely escorted back to the surface and for a distance beyond. But now, Admiral, I shall tell you why you have been summoned here. Our interest rightly begins just after your race exploded the first atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan. It was at that alarm ing time we sent our flying machines, the “Flugelrads”, to your surface world to investigate what your race had done. That is, of course, past history now, my dear Admiral, but I must continue on. You see, we have never interfered before in your race’s wars, and barbarity, but now we must, for you have learned to tamper with a certain power that is not for man, namely, that of atomic energy. Our emissaries have already delivered messages to the powers of your world, and yet they do not heed. Now you have been chosen to be witness here that our world does exist."

Again, it's not how gravity works! If the earth was hollow, it was collapse in on itself.

Not necessarily. Don't you remember the old school experiment when the teacher would take a giant test tube and use a vacuum pump to create a vacuum inside the test tube without the glass exploding? The miles and miles of ground is surely stronger than glass? And the largely vacuum of space outside our atmosphere would surely counteract any vacuum inside the Earth.

Unfortunately there is no reliable data to confirm how big the hollow space is at the centre of the Earth is

Buddha, if all this conspiricy stuff is leading up to questioning the existence of Father Christmas, I will have no option but to put a block on your future posts.

Father Christmas won't be delivering this year and will be replaced with a woman. In the current year, it will be good to see a woman reach the top job and show what they can do.

World will be full of subterranean caves where do you think the lizard people go on holiday?

It's not hollow though and that's ship captain was drunk

When you hit the ground, it doesn't sound hollow. Next

Serious answer - physics. There are craters all over the world from meteors and the like - if the earth was hollow, they would've gone straight through.

I'm no longer certain about what actually constitutes a woman today. That's probably another thread though!

Admiral Byrd also claims his expedition was scared off by flying discs which would fly 'pole to pole at great speed.'

Make of that what you will.

Also, I'm convinced the moon is fake.

It's 400 times smaller than the sun and 400 times closer to the Earth resulting in a perfect eclipse. Doesn't happen anywhere else. It rang like a bell for 30 minutes when Nasa struck it with an experimental probe. It is the fifth largest moon in the solar system behind Ganymede, Callisto, Io and Titan, all orbiting the giant planets. It has no business orbiting a planet only three quarters larger.

Plus there are military and astronomy personnel who have been willing to testify that there are constructions on the dark side of the moon.

Yes, the Admiral Byrd story is pretty mental, that's for sure.

Did I chat with you about UFOs once before? You or someone else posted a link to something that had happened in England somewhere. I can't really remember the details but I do remember it be quite interesting.

Yes it was the Rendlesham Forest incident in 1980, there's loads of info on it, countless documentaries on YouTube, and it's about as mental as it gets.

Another fascinating insight into the fact this could all be true is the fact that nuclear facilities have been shut down with UFO's hovering above. This is a great story if you have 18 minutes free!
