HMV Sale

Our local HMV shut yesterday (Friday), not much reason to go down the shopping centre now :-(
 
Some from redditch have been relocated but nevertheless...

They weren't on the list of closures which I think was a cruel way to go about it.

Not one single shop in the centre sell CDs now. Unbelievable really.

Its kinda sad..

Im just thankful that I got to experience those Saturday afternoons going up town with my mates and looking through all the vinyl records in our price, HMV etc. The kids today are really missing out on on a piece of magic that is just getting lost in history.
 
Oh absolutely. And, for me, the excitement of waiting for the date of a new release and going to get it. Not the same ordering by post and waiting a few days after the release date!
 
are we the last generation that will physically collect music rather than just download it?
