Time to start the day job. Good luck Frank. There are so many bits of advice I could give to help improve the squad and the team but I will keep it to just the one. DCFC has a plethora of one footed wonders. They are so easy to mark because you know which foot they will use. Close them down close to the sideline (left footers on the left and right footers on the right) and you know they will pass backwards with their better foot because thay have little or no confidence in their weaker foot. A ridiculous situation for "professionals". Have them work, half an hour a day, on their weaker foot so that they develop enough confidence in that foot to use it frequently.

I think you may be amazed at the work already undertaken by Frank and his backroom staff in the run-up to pre-season training. Frank is a very dedicated person, you can see that in his decision to see through his BBC contract at the World Cup. Also, Jody Morris is one of the most successful U23 managers of the past few years, which adds to our state of the art Training facility at Moor Farm. So no need for catch up, we are already way ahead of most in this league.

I was right then, you are a well versed football coach, Lampard should sign you up straight away!
 
well with Philips etc going, there may just be a slot free, but please dont get them training to Northern Soul......
