There are some flash apps for the iPad which is what you need but I couldn't get them to work. I dumped the iPad and bought a Macbook air. This was a couple of years ago so they may have improved.

Best of luck griddo. It pissed me off to no end.

Flash isn't compatible with IOS.
I've also tried to download some flash apps on my sons' Ipad's, but like 80, I've never found out how to make it work unless you buy subscription, for ie live footy.
Good hardware, but the Apple eco-system is holding you prisoner, and I'm never ever gonna buy anything from them again!

Try and search the web, maybe someone somewhere knows how to stream live footy (for free) on Ipad. As 80, I gave up.

Thanks 80s and thanks Danespur your input was greatly appreciated,as danespur said Apple seem to hold you prisoner as my mate has a samsung tablet and he has installed a flash player no problem and streams the football, what makes it worse is he says the streams have been the best hes ever had, grrr, anyway thanks again lads.

A guy at work is able to stream the football on his Samsung Galaxy so i'd assume its possible on an I-Pad.

I know that was exceedingly unhelpful - I just wanted to get away from the doom and gloom mongers ;-)

Thanks for that Dave it wasnt unhelpful just confirms what i thought,i think thats what my mate has a Samsung Galaxy, pisses me off that it looks like you can install flash players free of charge on a Samsung but you cant get one on an I Pad because apple wont allow it,bastards..

You can stream and run flash video with Skyfire; it's on the Apple store, from memory it's about £5, easy to use and just works for all flash video/sites..

Flash is history, won't be around much longer..

I have stumbled across a few streams that have worked on an ipad. Try Ustream next time griddo if you don't want to download anything. I think that's where I found the ones that worked. They don't tend to have too many links on there though.

will have to take a look at that. I use an Imac for my main work, but an ipad for bits and pieces, and not having flash is a pain in the arse

listen to the radio commentary

I've given up on streams, all they do is fuck up my laptop

I miss Livefooty.....................that was a doddle
