Hearn gone . . .

His scoring record will always ensure a number of clubs willing to take a risk with him. However, his ongoing antics can only reduce that number and ensure those clubs are from increasingly lower levels of the pyramid. Will any National League club offer him terms for next season? Any club will do its homework on a player before making a signing, and that should include reading fans forums; if that is the case, he has no chance of finding a club if the Lincoln & Harrogate (and interestingly, Barrow) forums are anything to go by. There are hundreds of professional footballers out of work at the end of a season: how many clubs are going to take a risk on a 31-year old with a terrible history of serious injuries and a growing reputation for unreliability?

Hearn appears to be experiencing problems with his emotional well being .I do not know if he is receiving any form of treatment for the issues that are currently affecting his ability to maximise his opportunities but I hope he recovers soon. All the best Liam .
