Porn stars will not have to wear condoms or goggles while filming:

ONE AFTER ANOTHER, scores of people who make porn films for a living pleaded their case to California workplace safety officials: Don’t force condoms or safety goggles or other devices designed to stop the spread of sexually transmitted diseases on them because those devices will simply stop people from watching porn films and soon they’ll have no jobs at all.

It seems if you work in the porn industry exceptions to H & S are compromised.
 
well well Green tea, it looks like you've shown your colours. If your not finding excuses for the peado Johnson, your searching the net for anything to do with porn. Or is porn your industry ? You must lead a frightful life if you have to get your kicks reading health and safety in the porn industry. :17:
 
Anyone can scour the internet for porn but this case is interesting from news articles I read today.

It seems H&S laws apply to all, unless you work in the porn industry, where we don't give a shit for your health or safety.
 
In my line of work employees are required to wear high vis vests, will these be required whilst filming in future? :19:

 
In the 70's it would have been mandatory for Porn Stars to wear ear defenders to save damage from the twat in the corner playing the electric guitar
