Harry Anderson Appreciation Thread

I know Harry's release is being discussed at length in the 'Retained List' thread, but with the service he's given the club it's appropriate for him to have a thread of his own.

5 seasons, over 200 appearances, 2 titles - the only Imps player to play for the club moving upwards in 3 divisions, and a Wembley winner as well. That's a record which is unlikely to be surpassed.

Thanks, Harry, and good luck in the rest of your career.

Great minds think alike, was also going to start a thread on his contribution to the club.

Its a shame that we could not have bid him a proper goodbye

.... Hurry up Harry, hurry up..

Not seen the list yet but what's been said about Harry ?
Is he released as in gone or out of contract and might sign again if no other options for club maybe perhaps possibly?

From the OS

"Players out of contract and will leave the club when their current deal expires at the end of the season:

Ethan RossHarry Anderson

We would like to thank Ethan Ross for his time at the football club.

We would also like to thank Harry Anderson for his fantastic contribution over the last five years which has seen him win two league titles and an EFL Trophy. He remains one of the club’s most decorated players, and we wish him all the best for the future. "

Conspiracy ahoy...Harry re-signs for us as a free agent on the 2nd of July on a new contract thereby negating anything we might have to pay to Peterborough...

Not really methinks. He'll be in different colours come August

Sincere thanks Harry. You leave with my full gratitude and only happy memories of your whole hearted, barn storming performances. Never a player that went hiding, even on an off day, and on his day could single handedly lift the entire team.

You've got a lot of football left in you and wish you all the best for that future.

Had great affiliation with the fans, and a ‘bums off seat’ kind of player. Really direct, suits a heavy metal style of play - maybe not one that relies on an intricacy around the final 3rd.

oooo Arry Arry.
