I have no idea what the first part means but in Norwegian the second part means "Fear too", it's not his birthday again is it?

I have no idea what the first part means but in Norwegian the second part means "Fear too", it's not his birthday again is it?

It means "young man". "Fear" is "man" in Irish. All the first bit says is "Happy Birthday".
