Another good win against a resilient Halifax team. Its turning out to be good Christmas but a result against Notts County would make it a great Christmas. County are pretty good at home so we will need to be at our best in spite of tired legs. County haven't played for ages so should be full of running. A draw would be a good result. Fingers crossed.

An unexpected result yesterday, Pools traditionally follow up a good result with an equally poor one, with goals coming more freely too.
The Notts Co game tomorrow will be a stern test of not only our quality but also stamina, playing 2 matches in 3 days is quite ridiculous.
