Groundsman Has Gone

Closing date is 5pm next Monday which seems awfully short.
Blackpool FC is recruiting for the exciting position of Head Groundsperson to plan, deliver and manage an effective pitch maintenance programme at Bloomfield Road Stadium and the training ground site.

I can think of 1 person at the club who may be resigned to pulling the heavy roller for the immediate future.....Screenshot_20201012-171004_Samsung Internet.jpg

Words fail me.:shake:

I heard Groundsman Willie has applied and also offered to discipline Yates.

What an example he has set.

I have no issue with players socialising, I do have an issue where the player in question puts himself in a situation where his shirt is off in the middle of the street.
Won't be a cheap shirt, or else the lady in question wouldn't be picking it up.
In these times of pandemic let's hope it's the only thing that the group picked up that night.

The great thing groundsmen May come and Go the main thing in these troubled times being we still have a ground and appear to on firm ground.

Been told the new groundsman is Paul Flynn, the head groundsman from Oldham.
I have not been to Boundary Park for years but anyone who can keep that pitch anywhere near top notch will do for me - they always had drainage and shadow issues caused by the stands - our pitch has not looked better in a long long time - so a difficult act to follow
