Grimsby fans arrested for pitch invasion

I'm sure they will all enjoy another day out in Nottingham at the magistrates court. One of the funniest sights yesterday was the Grimsby fan who ran half the length of the pitch goading the Notts fans in the Kop. He got so far, realised he was on his own and sheepishly went back into the empty part of the Sirrel stand then tried to make an exit under the stand. It was as if he sobered up the closer he got to the Notts fans.

I'm guessing he was one of those arrested as he was no Usain Bolt rol
 
Great support from the Grimsby fans yesterday but they do seem to have their share of neanderthals. I'll never understand this urge to invade the pitch. If they were 14 year olds it could be put down to juvenile stupidity, but the ages of those arrested were 23,29,38,43, and 54!!!!
 
It does make you wonder: they spend all that money on a ticket, transport, drinks etc. only to see less than half the game and potentially end up with a banning order. Some people just can't take their shandy!
