Google Glass hack allows brainwave control

Google Glass has been hacked so that it can be controlled by brainwaves.

By combining the smart glasses with an electroencephalography (EEG) headset, the software makes it possible to take a picture without moving a muscle.

London-based start-up This Place said the tech could be utilised in high-pressure hands-free situations - such as during surgery.

It has released the MindRDR software for free in the hope that developers will adapt it for other uses.

Google made it clear that it does not support the app.

"Google Glass cannot read your mind," a spokeswoman told the BBC.

"This particular application seems to work through a separate piece of kit which you attach to Glass.

Neurosky headset The app needs to be paired with an EEG headset to be able to control Google Glass

"We have not reviewed, nor approved, the app so it won't be available in the Glass app store."

Google launched Glass in the UK last month.

I see a flaw with controlling these things using brain waves.

Put a pair on any man in the world and they'll just play 24/7 porn.
 
J, you are both right and wrong: You are one of only 3 people I know that have undeniable evidence that they actually have a brain, however, I'm not sure yours is wired in any way that an EEG would read the same signals as the rest of us; when you were looking for the aforementioned porn, you'd no doubt get google maps directions to Kirkcaldy or something similar.

Just imagine if you could take control of somebody else's Google glasses with your brain waves. Could be endless fun and confusion. And Fear doesn't like his credit card being hacked - we could really screw with him then!
 
So, reading between the lines here, Google glass can control brain waves, operation even more sheep is under way.

The military have been funding research into neural stimulation helmets for a number of years now, blocking pain from injury and exertion, whilst also blocking "acceptance" of the horrors witnessed to prevent PTSD, removing emotion for the benefit of the soldier apparently, nothing to do with churning out easily controllable, emotionless killers.

Right, where's that tin foil helmet.......

I wouldn't mind them perfecting the blocking of pain mind you, that research would be ok, depending on the price you pay ( and I don't mean financially) obviously.
 
Got two more molly's today had too the two males i had was fighting so got two females to calm them down now the females am chasing off the male molly's lol, and i got a female guppy to match my male guppy and they am playing together bless em.

That ain't me Fear dude some decker is messing about check my ip if you think I am a spammer or whatever they am I will never come on here again dude I am puzzled off some cvnt is impersonating my old conversations as my fighter fish died ages ago

It is a known ip where spammers re-direct their crap to 'hide' nothing to worry over though!
