60 years on, our Double heroes recall the 'glory, glory' years
Saturday 6 May 1961 - a date that will forever resonate with Tottenham Hotspur. That was the day, 60 years ago, that our Club achieved what many felt was impossible, by securing the 'Double' of the First Division Championship and FA Cup. Hi PY, thankfully when I had it, the Chemo only thinned my hair, but it Feked up my hands, and finger nails, skin peeling etc, funny medicine.Afternoon to all my fellow Yid opo's out there!
Hows about this for there are some good people in the world!
One of Mrs PY's oppo's called earlier to show her Bald head, she has Cancerand is undergoing that Cancer Treatment, jeez the name of which has gone out of my head, anyways hair loss.
So as the story goes the Cancer Lady went to a Barber this morning who when asked to shave her head, refused! after being shown that you can just pull her hair out, he then shaved her head adding creaming of her scalp.
The Lady asked the Barber how much she owed him he answered Nothing! now go and get better! so there are some Good peops about!![]()
cheers all...COYS
A fox has to be a bit quick to catch a squirrel … we have several families of them outside our place , it’s great fun watching them chase each other , on the grass and in the trees .The latest bird event of this expedition was my wife and I sitting on a cliff in Perce, Gaspe watching the gannets dive from 75’ or so straight into the water in multiples into shoals of fish. All with Perce Rock and Bonaventure Island in the background with the sun on them.
And yesterday a cheeky fox ran right between us on the trail we were on with a squirrel in its mouth.
