I have a feeling that Villa's chief exec... is it Purslow( ? ) was one who quite literally helped write the book on FFP and so Rams should take him out for a pint and pick his brains on this.

Mel will have taken advice on this before buying the stadium and leasing it back to the club. He won't have left any loopholes for the EFL to get us on, IMO. Too good a businessman IMO.
