Bournemouth have a winner able run of games till April. They could make big inroads and challenge third place.Interesting run of games coming up.
We have three tough games left in February, but so have Newcastle, who play Manchester City away, us at home and then Liverpool away.
Manchester City have Newcastle and Liverpool at Home and Spurs away
Bournemouth are the team to be wary of; they have Southampton away, Wolves at Home and Brighton away, they are capable of winning all three
Chelsea have Brighton away, Villa away and Sothampton at Home
And Villa have Ipswich at home, Chelsea at home and Palace away
Brighton returning to form would not go amiss
How do they work those co-efficiency points out? It must be based initially on domestic performance - otherwise we would be on zero? That CL grahic shows how much we have to do to catch up, starting with a mere 22500 coefficient points.
You would think that Brighton would have a reaction to losing 7-0. Just as we did after losing to Bournemouth.Interesting run of games coming up.

The points are based on two factors, performance in Europe over a 5 year window and financial performance in Europe over a ten year window - not really skewed towards the big Clubs, is it?How do they work those co-efficiency points out? If they’d have got things right would have saved us al that excruciating end to the game. That “goal” could still turn put to be importaant as GD is very tight between several clubsIndependent panel, some 17 days after the event, has delivered a verdict on Forest v Southampton. The panel decided that VAR missed a red card for Saints and wrongly disallowed Milo’s goal. VAR decisions continue to go against Forest but fortunately this season do not alter the result that often.
But no comment on the forearm smash delivered by the Southampton playerIndependent panel, some 17 days after the event, has delivered a verdict on Forest v Southampton. Yep, here is The Guardian's analysis of the four incidents where VAR wrongly intervened to affect the decision, one of which being Milenkovic: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cd9qvdg57n0oIndependent panel, some 17 days after the event, has delivered a verdict on Forest v Southampton. There's whispers that the CG will be hosting an England friendly against Senegal in the summer.
June 10th. Senegal.I mentioned this a few weeks ago and this gossip was courtesy of @Will.NFFC who got it directly from his contact at the club.
I would urge anyone who is interested in the latest goss to drop Will a PM. He's always happy to share and has got info that even journalists haven't been reporting. One of the good guys.

That sort of makes sense - I guessThe points are based on two factors, performance in Europe over a 5 year window and financial performance in Europe over a ten year window - not really skewed towards the big Clubs, is it?
I think the only reason we do not start on zero is due to the fact that PL clubs qualify automatically for the group stage - a team who have gone through the pre qualifying would have accrued 22500 points so that is the entry level.
No, each Nation has a coefficient which is calculated in a similar manner. That sort of makes sense - I guess
The graphics I saw showed 4 pots of 9 clubs - so 36 clubs - which is the same as there are this season. Does this mean there are now no qualifying rounds?
I honestly have have no idea how it works - I haven’t had to up until now
