I was very proud of Forest when we had UNCHR.

Me too mate. Like Will and I were saying the other day, we do things weird, but its our own way. Stuff like this really helped build the club identity having just been promoted back to the promised land.

Harry Toffollo is playing for Charlotte in the MLS at the moment.
I asked some of their fans on reddit last night and they seem to like him, they think he's a good player but he's been a bit injury prone apparently.

He's a proper good bloke, Harry, and I continue to wish him all the best.

Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up back here in as a youth coach or in an ambassadorial/community role or something when he retires. He seemed to love his time here and only ever has good things to say about the club.

Yes, our Man in the Med has confirmed that Diomande is already renting a place on Beeston Fields so it is feasible he was dining at Bistro66.
