I think you are missing three things though

1) it's more complicated than "if Iran had that power, we'd be dust". Would Iran wish to launch a global takeover if they had America's power? Maybe, but that was their stance in 1979- they have shown little interest in militarily spreading shi'itism across the middle east, let alone Islam across the world since then. They live in a global ecosystem like everyone else and haven't really tried to change that.

2) there are a lot of countries who, with that power, might well seek to subjugate us. Russia certainly, as would North Korea, and certainly Hamas or any of the main Palestinian authorities- I would be more confident of death from them than from anybody.

And I seriously wouldn't want to assume the current Israeli government would see us as friends, or even worthy of life, if they had that power. While your average Israeli probably has no issue with us, some of your far right hardline conservatives there would certainly see gentiles wiped off the planet I think.

3) America does have that power, and it has never been closer to using it against us than it is under Trump

they are targeting American airbases/targets in the region. Do you think they should just let trump fo what he wants ?

Interesting enough popey but what the hell has it got to do with NFFC ?

I choose to not watch the news as it's depressing as hell and it is unfair for fans to have to wade through these sort of posts on an NFFC thread.

This isn't meant to be personal pope as it's not just you.

The bottom two were part of the Blind Trust, so it looks like further jiggery pokery with that.

I would say that Johnny's departure will not help Edu one little bit.

WHU fans all over the internet with doom and gloom. On Friday finances show poor state of affairs. Even if they survive relegation they will have to sell. They have some obvious assets but the remains of the squad is pretty low. If not down in 26 then will be favourites for 27.

Then came yesterday’s game. Liverpool again were poor but the verdict on Spammers was they were very poor. Personally I thought they did OK but set pieces let them down.

If Forest can get a result today the bottom may just fall out of WHU revival. They could just go with a whimper. Fulham on Weds could be decisive. COYR.

If does a lot of heavy lifting in our discussions about this season

I agree that it wouldn't take much, results wise, to knock out the bottom of their confidence. Summerville is on a hot streak but that may not last the whole season.

Problem is, we were so objectionably poor in both halves on Thursday, especially the first, that I can't see where another win is coming from on that performance

I am more concerned that we looked toothless against Liverscum. It’s one thing to play badly but when you are playing well but still can’t score, you are in real trouble.
