General Football thread

I agree every time I see them play I think why is it they can put the amount of effort, endeavour & energy into their games & we can't. I don't see them going down unless they start to run out of steam because of the how much the way they play takes it out of them

Like I say, I don't think they are having a sit down meal, it's a quick drink

Half the people around me can't go a half without getting a beer. One young lad in front of me can't go anywhere near 45 minutes without going for a piss

Leeds losing. Guy next to me goes for a walk 4 times in 90 mins. Sometimes twice 10 mins apart. Makes me feel good as can give him 40 years.
 
Of course, in the more temperate/northern climates one might surmise this is FIFA/POTUS wishing to bring their dream of a four quarter soccer event to life.
