Fantastic servant and first name on the team sheet for the 7th manager running. They consistently see what he does well whist others only see his negatives. Would like the last minute header though. He has got many efforts on goal without much luck and a few more wayward.

U21’s beat Villa 3-0. Konate scores again. Now 23 and his loan last season did not go as hoped. Contract runs out. What to do with Ateef? The other two goals scored by Osong. Another who needs senior experience next season.

The remainder of the U 21 squad is made up of 19 year olds and younger. They all moved up from a successful U 18 squad. Warren Joyce and co now have a very successful but very young U 21 squad. Many of whom would benefit from mens football. Names to look out for are many but particularly the two mentioned plus Abbott, Gardiner and Powell.

The U18 squad, having lost many to U21 squad, have brought on several young talents. Being much younger than their opponents have struggled at times this season. Benefit will come next season one feels.
