I notice that Paulo Gazzaniga played for Spurs on Saturday due to injuries to Lloris and Vorm.

As I understand that Lloris is expected to be out for a few weeks, could it be Gazza v Messi when Spurs play Barca on 3rd October?

I think he would be the second ex-Gill to play in the competition after Ryan Bertrand who actually has a winners medal. Unless I have forgotten any others? (I think Bruce missed out as we were banned from Europe).
