Former Manager Diagnosed With COVID-19

Get well soon Norman, speedy recovery mate.
I used to go down to training behind the Grapes in Dalton when Norman Hunter was our manager, and I have the utmost respect for him because he's a really nice human being. He always tried to be one of the lads rather than being their manager and I think the players respected him for it. Instead of looking on when they had a practice match he would join in. In those days I was able to drive down the lane and park up next to the pitch, and my claim to fame was that he would trust me to keep his false teeth safe for him wrapped up in his handkerchief, it was just his two front teeth, and on one occasion he asked me if he could hang his best suit up in the back of my car. It made me feel wanted ha-ha. Yes, get well soon Norman, one of football's true legends. x

Leeds United have provided an update on Norman Hunter saying the former Millers Boss remains "severely unwell" in hospital with coronavirus but is "fighting incredibly hard".
