It's getting to the stage where you need take a breathalyser out with you to check a girl before you shag her in a hotel in case she claims she never gave permission knowingly the day after

I am sure your daughter would conduct herself far differently to the "victim" in question. Just because some of us dont believe evans is a rapist and the evidence is questionable at best, dont mean we agree with rape or sexual predators either. just dont like seeing someone convicted and labelled a rapist when they are innocent.
 
IMO the victim in this case is the lad who got sent to jail

I hope my son never comes across a girl like her tbh

Meanwhile when she's older I will hope that my daughter won't jump into a taxi at 3.30am in the morning with a random guy she meets in the middle of the street who tells her he is going to a hotel

He is a predator his mate sent a text saying "got one" or words to those affect and he fooked off from helping his mate to go to the hotel, conveniently HIS website doesn't mention that.

Also maybe I'm old fashioned or a bit of a prude but I wouldn't rush to a hotel room if my mate had text to say he'd pulled, I'd leave him to it.


Few folk on here could do with reading Ched's website then reading the dodgy document that lead to the invasion of Iraq as they'd be fooking terrified of Saddam and his weapons of mass destruction :59:
it's not just the content it's what is left out. If it is as cut and shut as that website makes out then how was he ever convicted in the first place? He's clearly a candidate for sainthood whilst the victim is clearly worse than muslim nazi sharks with Ebola

Rushing off for sloppy seconds is something quite different! I'd take that website with a large pinch of salt is all I'm saying.

There was resonable doubt in some.

After 4 hours deliberation the Jury sent a message to the Judge saying that they could not come to a unanimous decision on both counts

It was only after the judge chose not to chose not to exercise his discretion to give the Jury the option to return a majority verdict and sent them back out to further deliberate the case.

Knowing that they would have to come back for another week of jury service if they couldn't reach a decision , the Jury returned two unanimous decisions after around further 50mins debate.

Anyone who attempts to use the influence of drugs for their actions deserves themselves to be shot.

Its an absolute disgrace that a court of law would deliberate on a case where someone, who knowingly used drugs, used their self inflicted incapacity as an excuse for their behaviour.

Anyone under the influence of any drug, like alcohol in this instance, should be totally responsible for their own actions.

No, but he has studied males having more than 20 male partners, and found they face a 100% higher risk of getting prostate cancer than those who have never slept with a man.

I sincerely regret starting it....The purpose was to debate redemption not for some very bizarre individuals to justify rape.
